Change occurs naturally, with or without therapy. Cole provides a supportive space where clients can be more intentional about the changes happening in their lives. He offers guidance in mindfulness and emotional regulation, helping individuals navigate stressful situations and find livable solutions.

Cole holds a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Lipscomb University, graduating with clinical honors. Prior to focusing on mental health, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Film and Television Production from Watkins College of Art and Film, and has since worked in film, television, and video production. Motivated by the impact of COVID-19 and the #MeToo movement, Cole transitioned to a career that focused on healing from sexual trauma and promoting sex positivity.

Cole’s therapeutic approach emphasizes the here and now, empowering clients to cultivate balance and meaning in their lives. He integrates techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), ensuring evidence-based interventions. Dedicated to inclusivity, Cole creates a secure environment welcoming to all individuals, including members of the LGBTQ+ community.

Cole can be found at movie theaters, concerts, and art galleries. He is passionate about photography and videography, and also delights in exploring Nashville’s culinary scene, always on the lookout for the best food spots.
