Intro
If you are reading this, then you have taken the first step into therapy and one of the bigger steps in this process. I believe in creating a safe and comfortable place for people to come to truly be able to express themself. Taking this step can be difficult and I want to be here for you. I believe anyone can do this work if they have the right support and I hope to be a support for you.
Education
Greg received his Master of Arts at Marist College in Mental Health Counseling as well as his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with Minors in Criminal Justice and Music at Marist College.
Style
Greg takes on an approach that is more person-centered, allowing space for you to guide the sessions at times and working to meet you at a place you are comfortable. He believes in building a strong therapeutic rapport to allow the deeper work to take place and works to get to know you as a person. He believes everyone is unique and that you are the expert on your life. He believes that everyone can benefit from therapy and that there is not a “one size fits all” approach.
Hobbies
When not working, Greg enjoys reading, finding a good show or movie to watch, and spending time with friends. He enjoys cooking and finding new recipes to try.
