Introduction:

Molly’s goal is to offer a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can learn about themselves, restore balance in day-to-day life, and feel heard. Molly strives to be the person to meet you where you are on your journey and walk with you further to create change and growth in a positive way. She believes that each individual’s unique background and experiences shape how they view struggles. Therapy is a step toward making sense of those struggles and how to navigate them. Molly values building a strong therapeutic relationship and being a safe space for each client as you work together to identify personal strengths and areas of potential growth.

Education:

Molly received her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University. She previously pursued her undergraduate degree in Psychology at Middle Tennessee State University.

Hobbies:

Molly enjoys reading books, playing board games, or watching new shows while relaxing at home. Her favorite thing to do in her free time is spending quality time with her family and her Australian Shepherd, Frankie.

Style:

Molly utilizes an eclectic approach depending on each client’s needs. This includes aspects of cognitive behavioral therapy, humanistic or client-centered counseling, and solution-focused interventions.
