Starting the healing process can be daunting, but it’s a powerful step toward change. Every individual has their own story, and I believe therapy should adapt to fit each person’s unique journey and aspirations. Life’s challenges may feel overwhelming, but together we can explore ways to create the meaningful, fulfilling life you envision in all areas that matter to you.
Education:
I am a student intern counselor working towards my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling at Vanderbilt University. I received my B.A in Psychology from Aurora University in 2022.
Hobbies:
I thoroughly enjoy reading, sewing, being active, and the outdoors. Connecting with loved ones and nurturing a sense of community are essential parts of my life.
Specialties:
I am committed to working with a diverse range of individuals, including those navigating anxiety, depression, racial identity, family conflicts, religious trauma, sexuality, and more. My approach is client-centered, drawing on frameworks like IFS and CBT to tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs. I strive to honor everyone’s unique story and am dedicated to fostering a safe, welcoming space for all.
Please note: all therapists at Works Counseling Center are LGBT+ competent and committed to anti racism.
