About Sam Webb

Sam (they/them/theirs) is an LGBTQIA+ Masters Level Therapist who believes that life is a quest- and not one you must take alone! They believe in creating a safe and supportive environment that allows their clients to explore their inner worlds and better understand the world around them.

Education

Sam received their Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Cappella University. They are also received education on being trauma informed and somatic therapies to better add in integration of therapeutic modalities.

My Style

From the comfort of your own sanctuary, our sessions  are an open and non-judgmental space where you can express yourself freely. A sanctuary where ancient wisdom is blended with modern practices including mindfulness, narrative interventions, and somatic interventions to help you weave your own story of transformation. Sam utilizes Internal Family Systems and Values based approaches and believes that every person has the capacity for change and resilience. My sessions are a supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings and work towards your goals.

Hobbies:

When I’m not guiding others on their journeys, you can find me enjoying dungeons and dragons, watching fantasy movies, and playing video games!
