About Maddy Wright

As a future clinician, I truly believe in the power of therapy, and the healing that comes with it. I want to create an open and safe space where my clients can come in and know that every word they have to share is valuable, and there is no such thing as saying “the wrong thing”! My hope is to ensure that my clients feel seen, heard, and validated.  I am honored to walk alongside my clients in their journeys, while giving them the support and tools they need to lead a healthy life.

Education:

Maddy Wright (she/her) is pursuing a masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lipscomb University. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from Texas A&M University.

Hobbies:

In her free time, Maddy enjoys being with family and friends, puzzling, listening to music, journaling, and spending as much time as humanly possible outdoors!

Specialties:

Maddy is open to working with clients from all backgrounds and walks of life. She is especially passionate about trauma-informed care and takes a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, person-centered, and integrative approach to counseling. Maddy’s focus is on hearing your story and honoring the unique experiences that make you who you are.
