I believe counseling begins with creating a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and safe to show up as you are. I strive to create a space where you can slow down, be fully yourself, and explore what’s going on beneath the surface, My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert of your own life. My work has been deeply shaped by my experience as a hospital chaplain, where I’ve supported people through some of the most difficult and meaningful moments of their lives. Because of this, I bring a steady, compassionate presence and a deep respect for each person’s story and resilience. I enjoy working with individuals navigating anxiety, identity exploration, self-worth, relationship challenges, and the impact of trauma, including religious or spiritual trauma. Together, we can make space for your story, explore patterns, and move toward a life that feels more connected, intentional, and true to who you are.

My Approach

I approach counseling from a person-centered and relational perspective, integrating feminist and trauma-informed frameworks. I am especially attentive to how systems, identity, and lived experiences shape each person’s story.

I value slowing down and helping clients connect with both their emotional and physical experiences, supporting greater self-awareness and regulation. I believe that healing happens in safe, collaborative relationships where clients feel empowered to explore, process, and grow at their own pace.
