Hi, I’m Amy! I’m truly passionate about getting to know and supporting people in a genuine and meaningful way, especially as they navigate life’s challenges. I value creating an environment where you feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns without pressure or judgment. I know that beginning therapy can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to do it alone. Each step forward matters, and I’m here to support you through that process. With me, you’ll find a space grounded in curiosity, empathy, and authenticity, where you are welcomed exactly as you are. I see therapy as a collaborative process where we can work together to better understand your sense of self, your relationships, and what brings meaning and purpose to your life. I take an integrative, person-centered approach to counseling, with an emphasis on understanding each individual within the context of their lived experiences. My goal is to help you grow in alignment with your values and move toward a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling!
