About Ashley Woodall

Hi! I am Ashley! I am a Master’s Level Intern in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel empowered to share the things you normally do not say out loud. I also believe we are all capable of reaching out highest potential but sometimes need a little support to accomplish it. I would love the opportunity to be there for you as you engage on this journey.

Education: 

I am currently working on my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at

Capella University. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Trevecca Nazarene University. 

My style: 

I believe in a strong Person-Centered approach with Cognitive Behavioral techniques blended in when appropriate. I believe you hold the power in healing and should be given the opportunity to explore that. 

Hobbies: 

I love to curl up on the couch or bed and read. I also love to garden and paint. I enjoy most things creative or things that involve a nurturing touch.
