“Your story is valuable simply because you are in it” -Viola Davis
Intro:
Wow, look at you! I am so glad you’re here. Therapy is what you make it, and my goal is to make this a collaborative, healing and experimental experience. I value creating a trusting therapeutic relationship that allows you to feel safe and seen. I am just as real as you, and I bring that into the room. I am open to doing what is necessary and needed in order to help you reach your goals. It takes courage to seek help, and it is always an honor to support you on that journey. So, let’s get to work!

Alaya has a masters degree in Mental Health Counseling from Belmont University with a concentration in Marriage and Family therapy. For undergrad, she has a bachelors in music from Belmont University with an emphasis in Music Business.
