Clinical Therapist

Works Counseling Center, a self-pay group private practice in Nashville, is looking for part time and/or full-time psychotherapists to join our group practice. Our office location is located in the heart of Belle Meade. Requirements include being fully licensed in the State of Tennessee or licensed eligible, preferably with experience. Compensation is percentage based on income received, and paid out monthly. Therapist must have a niche(s) (children, couples, trauma, EMDR, family, etc.) and/or be willing to grow with a new niche if not already established. Works Counseling Center provides a steady stream of referrals for the therapist. Candidate must be independent, driven, collaborative, and enhance our fun, connected, and positive minded group of clinicians. Candidate will be employee status. If supervision is needed, it will be provided by a TN approved LPC supervisor.

Requirements are:

• Current State of TN license as a LCSW, LMFT or LPC
• Willing to work 15 hours per week or more
• Prior private practice experience is a plus
