Intro:
Keeley is deeply committed to understanding each client’s unique experiences and supporting them in working toward their personal goals. She strives to create a welcoming, affirming space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and valued for who they are.
Education:
Keeley is a provisionally licensed therapist working towards full licensure as an LPC/MHSP. She received her M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lipscomb University and her B.A. in Psychology from Auburn University.
My Style:
Keeley utilizes evidence-based modalities in her clinical practice, with a primary focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). She is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a therapeutic approach often used to address trauma and distressing life experiences. As your counselor, Keeley is committed to working collaboratively with you to develop a tailored treatment plan that reflects your individual goals, strengths, and therapeutic needs.
Hobbies:
Whether it’s a walk around the neighborhood or a scenic weekend hike, you can most likely find Keeley spending time outdoors when she isn’t in the office. She enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, and loves trying new restaurants.
