Hi, I’m Megan, and I’m glad you’re here. I believe meaningful counseling begins with a genuine and supportive therapeutic relationship. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without fear of judgment. I am deeply interested in understanding people’s emotional lives and walking alongside them as they navigate challenges, life transitions, and personal growth. I approach counseling with curiosity, humility, and authenticity. I value collaboration in the counseling process and strive to help clients feel seen, heard, and empowered as they gain deeper insight into themselves and their relationships. I am especially passionate about supporting individuals who are navigating identity exploration, self-esteem concerns, anxiety, and relational challenges. My hope is to help clients move toward a life that feels more authentic, connected, and meaningful.

My Style

Megan approaches counseling from a relational and client-centered perspective, recognizing that each person’s story and experiences are unique.
