Hey there, I’m Nicole!
I believe everyone is worthy of support and resources so they can live their most fulfilling, abundant, and authentic lives. I want to help you find the best path for yourself, support your healing journey, and remind you of your inherent value and worth so you can achieve your goals.
Education:
I am currently working toward a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Southern New Hampshire University. I acquired my Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Creative Writing, as I have always been drawn to people’s stories and lived experiences. I feel our unique life stories should be celebrated and honored, and that our story can help guide us when we feel lost.
My Approach:
I believe in collaborating with clients to meet them where they are at. To achieve this, I may utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to align best with clients’ needs, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Relational Cultural Theory (RCT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Attachment Theory, all while remaining Client-Centered, Culturally Competent, and Trauma-Informed. I enjoy working alongside clients in a way that fosters their unique growth and healing, prioritizes their desired goals, and is rooted in compassion and connection. I honor that clients know themselves best, so we will work together to navigate what the next best approaches are in promoting healing, safety, and empowerment.
Hobbies:
In my free time, I enjoy being in nature and hiking, as well as playing with my two cats, Banjo and Mandolin! I have quite the sweet tooth and love to bake gluten-free and dairy-free treats. I also love to practice yoga and lift weights, craft with friends, and go out dancing!
