Our private pay rates are competitive to the area served and the services provided. Rates take into consideration our education, training, and experience. Please note that payment is due at the time of service.

Self Pay:
Our self-pay rates range from $60 up to $230 per session depending on clinician specialty, certifications, and licensure levels. Â We also offer sliding scale options based on household income to ensure we can serve all of our community! Payment
WCC accepts cash, check, and all major credit cards, including HSA account cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
With the exception of unforeseen emergencies, notification of cancellation is expected 24 hours (one business day) in advance, otherwise you will be billed for your missed appointment. This means you will be charged a FULL FEE for a missed appointment if the therapist or administrative director has not heard from you. You may text, call or email to cancel.
