Sallie’s goal in therapy is to build a genuine connection with clients so that they may feel seen, heard, and understood. Asking for help is difficult, so she provides a safe, judgement free zone for clients to explore their struggles and emotions. Sallie uses a person-centered approach, which means she supports clients in discovering their own unique needs and encourages them in reaching their personal goals.
