Taking the first step in healing can be unnerving, a bit like walking up the stairs in the dark, but it doesn’t have to be a journey you take alone. Through providing a welcome and caring environment, Sam is committed to helping express and explore both the dark and light tapestries that live within us. They believe that through these explorations and connections clients can achieve meaningful change and self-acceptance that helps them achieve their personal goals in any area of their lives.

Sam is a student intern counselor working to complete their Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Capella University. Prior to their masters, they achieved a Bachelors in Business Administration at MTSU.

During their free time, Sam cuddles their two cats Custard and Nyx, plays RPG video games, and creates fantastical worlds in Dungeons and Dragons for their friend group to explore.

Sam looks forward to working with geriatrics and adults struggling with life transitions, depression, and anxiety. Utilizing a combination of Person-Centered and Cognitive-Behavioral interventions to help clients work through difficulties.
