Becoming a therapist has been a wonderful new adventure for her, and the more she completes the program, the more her passion for helping others deepens. Navigating hardships can feel more manageable when you aren’t doing that alone. She looks forward to helping you through life’s challenges. She is a compassionate listener. She has 9 years experience in the music industry and would love to continue helping creatives. She once read that empathy is a super power and she looks forward to using that with anyone who enters her therapy room.
Education
Siara studied journalism at Ball State University with a minor in Psychology, and she’s currently pursuing her Masters of Clinical Mental Health at Trevecca Nazarene University.
My style
She is a compassionate listener, and can bring a calm, empathetic spirit into our sessions. She wants to integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy interventions, sandtray and mindfulness.
Hobbies
Siara loves exploring outside with her husband, 1-year-old daughter Aeris, and their 4-year-old boxer Louie. They love hiking and taking road trips. She also loves reading (which is mostly audiobooks these days) sewing and playing Dungeons & Dragons with her closest friends regularly.
Specialties
Working with children, adolescents, and creatives experiencing depression, anxiety or trauma.
