Introduction:

Cailyn’s first priority is ensuring her clients feel safe, heard, and understood. She values a holistic approach to therapy, embodying the body, mind, and spirit. She is excited to meet new clients and step into this space together!

Education:

Cailyn is a student intern counselor working towards her degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Belmont University. She also received her BBA in Music Business from Belmont University in 2022.

Hobbies:

Cailyn has a wide variety of interest, including hiking, traveling, songwriting, watching movies, and spending time with friends and family. She loves taking her dog on hikes around the area.

Specialties:

Cailyn has worked primarily with young adults in school experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, and self-esteem difficulties. She uses a Client-centered approach to counseling and integrates cognitive behavioral therapy into sessions. Cailyn works with her clients to find the best treatment options that work for each individual.
