Taking the first step in healing is hard, but it is also so incredibly brave. I understand that each client will have a specific set of experiences that will require different approaches when it comes to achieving the goals they set out when they come into the therapy room. Life is hard, but it doesn’t have to feel impossible to live it the way you want to. My goal is to help my clients in discovering how to create and live the life that they want to live in their personal lives, relationships, and so much more.

Education:

I am a student intern counselor working towards my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling at Trevecca Nazarene University. I received my B.A. in Family Science with a minor in Psychology from Lipscomb University in 2022.

Hobbies:

I love to be outdoors with nature, reading any and all kinds of books, playing any kind of sports, and running in my free time. Nashville is an amazing place of different activities and cultures and I love exploring the city.

Specialties:

I look forward to working with any and all populations. This includes people who are struggling with relationship issues, anxiety, grief, different life transitions, and so much more. I am also passionate in seeing current and past athletes and anyone struggling with religious trauma or betrayal. I like to use a mix of Cognitive Behavioral and Person-Centered interventions to help individualize a treatment plan for each client based on their specific needs.

Please note: all therapists at Works Counseling Center are LGBT+ competent and committed to anti racism.
