Catherine is committed to making sure all of her clients feel seen and safe in counseling. She knows that seeking help can be a scary step but wants to work with you to make a collaborative and healing space where you feel free to explore what is going on. She believes that each person is unique and wants to honor that through using a multicultural and culturally sensitive approach. Additionally, she knows mental health affects many things other than your feelings and takes a holistic approach.

Catherine is a student working towards her masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Trevecca University. She received her undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Jewish Studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

In her free time, Catherine likes to go for walks in the many beautiful parks Nashville has to offer, playing with her dog, and watching movies.

Catherine has experience working with adolescents in both school and youth group settings. She works with clients of all ages who are struggling and need a place where they can work to find and utilize their own voice and wisdom. She welcomes all clients, of all identities, and especially those who are dealing with trauma. She will work with the client to determine what modalities will be the best fit and most effective so that treatment is unique to each individual.

Please note: all therapists at Works Counseling Center are LGBT+ competent and committed to anti racism.
