Life is hard and so are emotions. Catherine (she/ her) recognizes that seeking help and engaging in the process of therapy can be extremely difficult and scary because she has been there too. Catherine works to honor everyone who takes that step with her. Together, we will help identify what you are wanting from therapy and how we can get there together.
Education
Catherine received her masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Trevecca University. She received her undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Jewish Studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
