As young, millennial adults, especially those in the multicultural community, we are often faced with the challenges of both past and current traumas, depression, anxiety, and having the inability to be ourselves unapologetically. As an African American clinician, Dyamond wants to walk alongside your journey of authentic and genuine healing from generational, relational, and present day cycles that create symptoms of depression, anxious thoughts, and trauma responses. She is a compassionate and empathetic therapist who wants to encourage you as well as challenge you to defeat negative beliefs, cognitions, and feelings that lead you to a place of uncertainty. She believes in motivating, empowering, and helping you live in your truth but it takes the faith and works to believe in yourself also. She prides her clients on confidence and trust that positive affirmations go a long way.
When she’s not spending her time providing a safe space for your healing, she is eating at her favorite restaurants, shopping, blogging, and brunching with family and friends. She enjoys the interactions with family and friends as well as recharging her social battery as a form of self-care. Dyamond believes true extroverts recognize peace, and solace allows them to thrive in spaces that require positive energy. She is so glad you are here and have taken a step towards processing and healing from the stressors offered in life.
