Jaclyn is excited to meet with clients from all walks of life. She values the sensitivity and exploration of the client’s journey of therapy. She has a multicultural approach and mindfulness to therapy in order to reconnect the client with body and mind. Jaclyn wants to share the space of empathy in session and excited to be in room with her clients.
Jaclyn is a student intern therapist working towards her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health at Trevecca University. She previously pursued her undergraduate degree in Psychology and graduated with a bachelor’s degree from California State University of Long Beach.
Jaclyn thoroughly enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, watching tv and movies, working out and the occasional nap in between!
Jaclyn works with clients who are experiencing life transitions, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, codependency and offers sessions in Spanish and English. Jaclyn is caring, humorous and empathetic when working with her clients, these characteristics can possibly encourage clients feeling seen and heard in therapy and does what she can to offer safety in the room or virtually.
