Healing begins where the courage to share your story meets the compassion of a trusted guide. Keisha understands that asking for help can be difficult so she ensures you have an environment that is safe, secure, and non-judgmental to explore you thoughts and emotions. She is a Marriage & Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families.
Education
Keisha received her Masters in Marriage & Family Therapy from Lipscomb University. She also has a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH.
My Style
Taking the first step towards therapy can be transformative. Keisha believes everyone should have a healing and safe place to work through their life’s difficulties. She will approach your situation using a systemic lens, and a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Solution Focused, and the Gottman method. I’m not just a therapist; I’m a cheerleader, collaborator, helping you navigate the challenges you face while also celebrating your progress. We will work together to create a roadmap towards lasting positive change.
Hobbies
Keisha enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and taking her dogs, Lucky & Foxy to the park. You might find her shopping, coaching volleyball, and exploring Nashville.
